When you sign up for Chased, we collect your email address and any invoice data you enter — including client names, email addresses, amounts, and due dates. We also collect basic usage data to help us improve the product.
Your data is used solely to operate the Chased service — sending automated invoice reminders on your behalf, processing payments via Stripe, and displaying your invoice dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.
When you add a client's name and email to Chased, you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to contact them (e.g. an outstanding invoice). We send emails to your clients on your behalf and store their contact details only for that purpose.
Stripe handles all payment processing. Chased does not store credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your clients' payment information is handled. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@chasedapp.com.
Chased uses cookies only for authentication — to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@chasedapp.com and we'll respond within 48 hours.
