Chased is an automated invoice reminder service for freelancers and small businesses. By creating an account, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes — specifically, sending invoice reminders to clients who owe you money for legitimate work completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not share your account with others or use it to send reminders on behalf of a third party without their consent.
By adding a client's email to Chased, you confirm that you have a legitimate invoice owed by that client and the right to contact them about it. You must not use Chased to send unsolicited emails, spam, or reminders for fabricated invoices. Misuse will result in immediate account termination.
Chased is offered on a subscription basis. Your 14-day free trial begins on the day you create your account. After the trial, you'll need an active subscription to continue using the service. Plans start at $12/month (Starter) or $29/month (Pro). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, email us at hello@chasedapp.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
We aim to keep Chased running at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any missed reminders or lost payments caused by service interruptions. Automated reminders run daily — if a reminder is missed due to downtime, it will be sent on the next scheduled run.
Chased is a reminder tool. We are not responsible for whether your clients actually pay their invoices. We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of reminder emails in recovering outstanding payments.
You can cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@chasedapp.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of Chased after changes means you accept the updated terms.
